{THANK YOU THURSDAY #1}

Today I am introducing a new series on the blog!

{THANK YOU THURSDAY}

We get so busy with our daily lives we have businesses to run, families to take care of, houses to clean and errands to run and sometimes we forget to say thank you! So my main mission with this series is to encourage people to take some time each week and write a Thank You Note to someone. It can be hand written and snail mailed, it can be an email or even an open letter on your blog.

Just take the time, and show someone that you are thankful for something that they have done. I promise it will make both of your days! If you have a blog and would like to participate I would love for you to grab the button below and post a comment with the link to your post!

This week I said {Thank You} to a repeat customer of mine. I am still blown away when I get a day full of orders. It was a little less than a year ago that I quit my day job to focus on DBN full time. It means so much to me when someone orders from me more than once, because it means they were so happy with the product and the process and the product that they wanted to do it again! So in her package a wrote a little thank you note {on our adorable chevron thank you notes!} , thanking her for her continued business and explaining how much it means to me!

It is little touches like this that I hope make people keep coming back to my little business and I hope people keep coming back!

So who/what do you want to thank today? Post about it and share below!

  1. Great idea! We do something similar on our blog every Thursday. We write a post about something/someone for which we are thankful. Our thought was similar to yours in that we're often too busy to stop and appreciate things in our lives!

  2. Aw such a sweet idea! I had a repeat customer yesterday on Etsy too! And another sweet gal sent me a message saying she would instagram her purchase once she got it! These little things make me so happy too! I sent both of them little notes too but it would be a good habit to thank more people more often...
